Ah now that Christmas and New Year are over, I can start thinking about my holiday.

I have overcome another fear: getting super fresh chicken all by myself. This includes a 15 min walk through the back streets, and choosing a chicken that gets killed on the spot. It took me two years and the first time (last week) my knees were still shaking when I got home. Today I was feeling more comfortable and I even took out my camera:
