A few photos of Easter 2014: brunch at sweet C.'s, followed by chilling on the balcony, and I ended the day reading at the beach in Makadi and going to the fish restaurant with A.

Plog #2 Weekend

 ^ 9.30 - Good morning!

 ^9.35 -Cleaning up the mess from the night before

 ^ 9.40 Coffee and tea time

 ^9.42 Breakfast: coffee, guava juice, yoghurt and granola

 ^ 9.50 Want to check the news online but the internet does not work

^ 9.55 Shower 

 ^ 11.00 Coffee date with C. at the German bakery on the corner of my street

 ^ 12.00 On the hunt for a present for a new born baby

 ^ 12.15 Chitchat at Costa Coffee (English Starbucks), in front of a mosk. We hear the call to prayer (it's Friday) and men are coming from every direction to go praying, and listen to the Quran

^ 12.35 A car stops in front of us, and a men with a long beard and a galabeya (traditional long dress) gets out. We laugh that he looks a bit like a Muslim Brother there might be a bomb inside, and then C. notices that there is "Fireball" written on the front window.

 ^ The prayer is over, and buy some drinks at the entrance of the mosq

 ^ 13.00 C. and me go to Metro supermarket and say goodbye to each other. The corner of our street has turned into a flower shop, and the smell is amazing: spring is in the air!

 ^13.10 The sun is shining through the kitchen window, I love this light

 ^13.30 Washing with our new machine: comfort!

 ^ 14.00 Cleaning: hate to do it, but love it when it is done and everything is and smells crispy clean

^ 16.00 I discover C. put a present in my bag: one of her candle lights (on batteries) that were put in the swimming pool on her wedding. So sweet!

 ^ 17.00 Pedicure

 ^17.30 Manicure and people watching from the balcony (could do this for hours)

 ^ 17.40 In the meanwhile, the laundy is drying outside

^ 19.30 Dinner date with A. at Miramar  (with football on big screen)
